Get the color code of your transparent image as hexadecimal number. Convert hexadecimal to decimal. Multiply it by 2. Convert the result to hexadecimal. I tried this with two colors. I think Photoshop uses transparent tool with a polynomial function, not a linear function. Probably because of that, first test gave me a result accuracy of 96%.

That's a strong assumption, I guessed your image was originally sRGB and your system obeys the same mixing as Photoshop by default with no mixing gamma settings.

I want to set the white color transparent everywhere it appears in the graphic without revealing what is behind each shape. If I try with the general method of setting transparency to 0%, I see all the outlines behind each shape (which is not what I want). See below: I want it to look like this:

You save your original color as a swatch with the Global option ticked. You can then use the color panel and select the percentage you need. This is does not use transparency, it is opaque. When you need to see the RGB or Hex code for your final tint, you can then press on the rgb icon on the color panel and your you can see the RGB and Hex values.

If you want for eg all the red regions in your image to be transparent, go to Layer -> Transparency -> ColorToAlpha and select red color in the 'From' box and click OK.

The 100% of the color #00bcd4 is what? :( I explained that i can lower the opacity of color #00bcd4 to 30% and then will let you know the value (keeping white as a base).

I still need to trap the cmyk into the spot color but am unable to remove the white knockout supporting cmyk in the .psd file. Or the example of being able to paint a spot color in photoshop directly over the transparent background, but when painting with a cmyk color it always has a supporting knockout white under the cmyk color. –
