My problem was like this. I started the game. Nothing showed up but the black screen. I found a fix from Youtube. Go to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\Resident Evil - biohazard @HD REMASTER. You will find the Config file. Change ON to OFF for Vsync by editing the Config file. This worked for my device with Windows 10.
