The language used in consent orders is very technical, and the order is a legally binding and court-enforceable order so it's vital that the order is written up by someone who knows what they are doing (ie a solicitor).

Jun 29, 2020 · Even if you apply for the set-aside and it is "with consent" and you agree to pay, the judge may have different ideas. It is the judge's decision at the end of the day and they are not averse to rejecting a set-aside if they think "credit washing" is going on.

Neither of us is seeking any money from the other person. But it looks so unfair hwo they've worded it. Unfair towards him. Mar 22, 2007 · My consent order has not been sealed, but I have not yet signed the house over to ex husband or have I received my settlement monies as yet. I thought once the court order was sealed by court, my ex then has 28 days to pay my money and the transfer deed can be signed.
