Pakistan had no plans on deploying nuclear warheads to strike India over the last week of fighting, the country’s foreign minister Ishaq Dar told CNN Monday.

Hours after the cease-fire was confirmed, there were accusations that the agreement was not being entirely upheld.

Indian and Pakistani officials were scheduled to hold direct talks Monday to build on a U.S.-brokered cease-fire between the nuclear-armed Asian rivals that came into force over the weekend.
