Chipmaker Nvidia shares surge after founder Jensen Huang unveils next generation of AI for gamers at CES 2025.

Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards have been officially revealed and they are beastly. The RTX 5090 will cost $2,000 and require a recommended power supply of 1kW, or roughly the equivalent of running a belt sander non-stop.
