Chipotle said it could consider expanding the drone delivery test with Zipline based on how the Dallas area rollout performs.

Chipotle is teaming up with Zipline, a drone delivery company, to test autonomous food delivery. As of today, certain customers in the Dallas, TX, area can order delivery early through the Zipline app. Using autonomous aircraft, Zipline will bring orders directly from Chipotle in Rowlett, TX, to their doorsteps.

Chipotle has announced that certain customers in Texas will now be able to have their orders delivered by drone.
