Delhi: The residents of Delhi have been experiencing dense fog due to persistent cold wave conditions, particularly in North India. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rainfall on Thursday,

The expected weather conditions may intensify the chill, with temperatures hovering between a minimum of 10 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 17 degrees Celsius.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 17 and 10 degrees Celsius, respectively. The minimum temperature fell by 1-3°C in isolated pockets of Delhi in the last 24 hours, according to the IMD bulletin.

Dense fog and cold weather delayed train and flight departures in several parts of northern India, including its capital New Delhi, on Wednesday. India's weather office issued an orange alert for Delhi,

Delhi airport advised passengers to stay updated on schedules by coordinating with airlines to avoid disruptions. The IMD said cloudy skies are expected throughout the day, with light rain or drizzle likely in some areas.
