As hundreds of people gathered on a rain-splashed morning outside the Lincoln Memorial for a rally and march on the final day of WorldPride, screams of surprise erupted when former vice president Kamala Harris kicked off the event with a special message.
WorldPride is in D.C. this year, leaving the LGBTQ community conflicted about showing up to the nation's capital amid an administration that has targeted them.
