Russian forces targeted a police car in the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast, injuring three police officers on 21 February.

The woman was trying to cross the road when a speeding Skoda car of a 33-year-old man hit her. The ambulance reached the spot within 5-6 minutes, but she was declared dead on the spot.
