88rising and Goldenvoice have announced the return of Head In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival to Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena on May 31 and June 1.

Red Cross says no closing date has been set, but a new location is being sought near Altadena. The shelter housed as many as 1,140 people at its peak period during the Eaton fire.
