It's time to start the 2025 offseason for the Detroit Lions. And they have about two dozen pending unrestricted free agents set to hit the market March 12 when the new NFL year officially begins.

Detroit Lions now have 7 picks in the 2025 NFL draft after adding a 3rd-round selection due to Aaron Glenn being hired as New York Jets head coach.

As Pauline explained, "As Aaron Glenn has been officially introduced as head coach of the New York Jets, many here in Frisco are predicting he will bring several of his former defensive players from the Detroit Lions to join him in New York once free agency begins; or at the very least he will pound the table to get them in a Jets uniform."

NFL Draft process is officially underway for the Detroit Lions. Senior Bowl practices are beginning on Tuesday and this is the premier all-star game to pay attention to for the NFL Draft.  The Lions definitely like to mine players from this game.

Goff's season ended on a low note. But that doesn't take away from the fact that he found yet another level to his game in Detroit.

The Detroit Lions won a franchise-record 15 games this season but lost their playoff opener to the Washington Commanders.
