West Ham United technical director Tim Steidten is set to leave the club, with the terms of his departure in the process of being finalised. Steidten was appointed in the summer of 2023 and made responsible for West Ham’s player recruitment strategy and scouting department.

It's still early - we have another day so we'll see. It's important that we don't rush him in. It's the same with Crysencio [Summerville]."
