Crisil's board on Tuesday, 22 July 2025, approves a dividend of ₹9 per share dividend along with June quarter results, which happen to be the Q2 for Crisil following January-December financial year.

CRISIL has announced a second interim dividend of Rs 9 per share for its investors. The board of CRISIL has said that dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on August 8, 2025.
