Reality TV couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are suing the city of Los Angeles after losing their Pacific Palisades home in the wildfires that have torn through Southern California in recent weeks.

The lawsuit faults the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for delaying repairs to a massive reservoir that services the Pacific Palisades.

The Hills' stars Spencer Pratt and his wife, Heidi Montag, are among the wildfire victims suing Los Angeles for mismanagement of the region's water supply.
