NEW YORK (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court rejected on Monday Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s challenge to election requirements in New York that led to his removal from the ballot in the state before the 2024 presidential election.

The New York law requires ISPs with over 20,000 customers in the state to offer $15 broadband plans with download speeds of at least 25Mbps, or $20-per-month service with 200Mbps speeds. The plans must be offered to people who meet income-eligibility requirements.
