For weeks, Marion “Suge” Knight — rap’s infamous former Death Row Records kingpin — stood out as one of the most unlikely defenders of Sean “Diddy” Combs, even as a storm of explosive allegations erupted inside a Manhattan federal courtroom over the past month.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’s federal sex-trafficking trial continued on Day 23 with a federal agent and ex-assistant Jonathan Perez testifying Friday.

Earlier in the trial, jurors saw similar photos of firearms, drugs, and lubricant that were seized from Combs' Miami home. Prosecutors argued that the proximity of the guns in Combs' home to items issued for the sex parties, called "freak-offs," demonstrated the coercive nature of the sexual escapades.
