Purvis was arrested on suspicion of felony involuntary manslaughter in Floyd County, Ga., on Monday, July 7, Entertainment Weekly has confirmed. According to records obtained by EW, the 33-year-old was also charged with the distribution of a controlled substance and use of a communication device to commit a felony involving controlled substances.
