The same jury took about the same amount of time on Tuesday to find Wilson guilty of murder in the shooting death of 62-year-old James Walsh. Walsh was killed on the porch of a residence in the 1200 block of Austin Avenue shortly before 10:30 p.m. on July 31, 2020. He was shot once in the torso and once in the head.

After multiple delays, a 73-year-old man is facing a judge and jury more than four years after he was accused of fatally shooting James Walsh on his porch in downtown Wichita Falls more than four years ago.
