Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:AXSM) signed a settlement agreement with Teva Pharmaceuticals Inc (NYSE:TEVA). The settlement resolves all patent litigation related to Axsome’s Auvelity (dextromethorphan HBr – bupropion HCl) product.
