FDA advises public not to eat, sell, or serve certain imported frozen shrimp from an Indonesian firm - This recall is due to possible contamination with Cesium-137. The products were sold at Walmart stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia.

Walmart is recalling three of its Great Value brand frozen shrimp products after U.S. agencies uncovered the presence of radioactive material in one sample of breaded shrimp.

Still, the FDA recommends that Walmart recall certain lots of Great Value raw frozen shrimp as a precautionary measure. The recalled shrimp were sold at Walmart stores in the following states—Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia.
