Your ID is needed to take official permission to visit the place. It's easily arranged by the transport driver you take.
I have had an open heart surgery. Can I go to Changu Lake? What about the oxygen issue?

When was the bypass done and what is the LVEF(pumping capacity). If the surgery was not done recently and heart pumping is fine, you can definitely go.
